Say hello to Buddy, a 15-month-old male Labrador with a heart as big as his paws! This gorgeous boy is full of life, energy, and affection – he’s still very much a teenager at heart, and he’s looking for a committed, experienced home to help him grow into the amazing adult dog we know he can be.

About Buddy:

Full of playful energy – boisterous, bouncy, and strong

Affectionate and loving – he just wants to be with you

Loves the beach and has good recall off lead

Pulls on lead – will need ongoing training here

House trained and crate trained

Can be left alone in his crate, but may be destructive if left unsupervised outside it

A little cautious around new men but warms up quickly

Limited socialisation with other dogs – best as the only dog for now. Ignores them when out and about

What Buddy Needs: Buddy has already been in two homes through no fault of his own, so this time must be forever. He needs someone with time, patience, and experience, ideally familiar with the Labrador breed, who can give him the structure, stimulation, and love he craves.

He’s full of youthful energy and desperate for positive direction. With consistent training and clear boundaries, Buddy will flourish into a loyal, fun-loving companion.
