Personality
Dermot can be a little nervous but is friendly, just a little unsure. He soon becomes inquisitive once he feels safe. Dermot came in with his brother Johnny, and they have always lived together since birth.
Health & Behaviour
Dermot has only ever known life in a kennel, so he will need some house training. He will need ongoing training on general obedience and recall, as well as socialisation. He’s in great health.
Perfect Match?
Dermot, like his brother Johnny, needs someone to give him a chance to be part of a loving home. He could go as a pair with his brother Johnny or separately. He hasn’t been tested with cats but is sociable and non-reactive with other dogs, although a little shy. He has never lived with children, so for this reason, we would recommend older children/teens. He would love a home to call his own where he would get daily walks and new adventures. A chance to start his new life.
