Please meet our fabulous Neo.

Neo is an older boy at 12 years old but doesn’t act it! He was taken to a vets for euthanasia for ‘aggression’ but luckily the vets refused to put him to sleep and contacted us.

Like many cats, he can be a little ‘grumpy’, and at first he was just a scared cat who didn’t know what was going on. A couple days later, he started coming to the front of his kennel and meowing at us for a fuss, then the purrs and head nudges started.

Once he’s had enough attention, he’ll give your hand a little smack so he’s definitely one that we would say ‘it’s always on his own terms!’  We wouldn’t say in any way he is aggressive or nasty and he definitely does not deserve to die.

Neo loves his bed and snuggles right in it (until he knows it’s dinner time!) and loves being cosy. He came in a little skinny but has a great appetite so we are making sure he puts some weight on.

Neo would be suited to a quieter either adult only home, or a home with older children that understand that he likes to have his own space. He has lived with younger children and animals, but we feel that this busy home is likely why he acted scared and ‘aggressive’.

Neo is a lovely cat that really deserves to live his senior years in comfort and happiness. If you feel that you can offer this to Neo, please apply.
