Adopt a Cat

Meet our gorgeous older Kitten Toffee.

Toffee came into us with her sister, at around 10 weeks old. Toffees sister Treacle has been adopted, however unfortunately Toffee is yet to find her forever home.

Toffee was very scared of humans when she came to us, she has since grown in confidence, and although she will still dart away when approached, she is becoming braver and chooses to come and sit near to her foster and other pets in the house at her choice. She does not particularly like to be stroked, and isnt a ‘lap cat’, however she loves to play with her foster and has her favorite toys. She enjoys being with other pets in the house, which include a cat and dog.

As Toffee is timid, we feel that she would likely benefit from a very quiet adult only home. She will need a ‘Cat savvy’ patient owner who will continue to give her time and space to grow in her confidence. She is a lovely girl, and we know that in time she will flourish, as she has done so well in rescue, despite her difficult start to life.
