Frank, an almost two year old Cane Corso x Mastiff, is 𝗨𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗟𝗬 looking for either a forever home or a foster home
Frank was taken on by his current owner at just 6 months old. Sadly, due to difficult personal circumstances and declining health, his owner has found it increasingly difficult to give Frank the time, training, exercise, and consistency such a young dog needs. As a result, Frank is now largely confined to one room and is missing out on the life he should be living.
Frank is truly adored by his owner, but after reaching out for support from other rescues without any result, the difficult decision was being considered to have Frank put to sleep.
We have stepped in to try and save him and find him the second chance he deserves, but without kennel space available, we urgently need someone to come forward for him.
And he really is worth it!

Frank is a lovely boy with a genuinely brilliant temperament. He adores affection, loves being around people, and is desperate to play. He’s a big, dopey giant who simply needs guidance and structure to thrive.
He currently lives alongside an older Jack Russell and happily lets the smaller dog take the lead. The pair enjoy snuggling up together, although Frank can sometimes forget his size when he gets excited and wants to play.
Frank can be challenging at times. He jumps up, is incredibly strong on the lead, and has never learnt how to properly settle when left alone. He can also be destructive at times. However, he responds well to being told “no”, and he is crate trained and settles nicely in his crate.
Frank needs someone experienced, patient, and committed, with an understanding of his breed.
He needs time and consistency to help him learn how to be the dog he is capable of being; someone willing to look past the rough edges and see the affectionate, loving dog underneath.
With the right guidance, consistency, and care, we truly believe Frank could become an incredible companion.
We feel Frank would be best suited to an adult-only or older-children home, ideally as the only pet or potentially with a calm, patient dog.
Frank is currently being homed through our Home 2 Home scheme and is based on the Wirral
