Personality
Luna is very loving and affectionate in her foster home. She’s a happy young lady who loves being around people.
Like most bulldogs, she can be a bit cheeky and try to push her boundaries but is responsive and listens when she’s told no.
She loves to sunbathe and is often found looking out the window on neighbourhood watch!
Luna is extremely friendly and loves meeting new people.
Health & Behaviour
Like most bulldogs, Luna can get dry eyes. We think she has had eye problems previously which have been left untreated and this has possibly affected her eyesight. She has lubrication put into her eyes a few times a day which will likely be needed ongoing to avoid any issues in the future.
She is in otherwise good health. She is not neutered so this will be done prior to rehoming by the rescue.
Lunas foster mum says she has no negative behaviours and is very well behaved. She is currently in foster with another dog, cats and chickens. She’s fine with the cats but will try chase them like it’s a game!
Perfect Match?
Luna will benefit from being in a house where she can have small walks twice a day – she doesn’t need a great deal of exercise. She can live with friendly dogs and a cat. She would be fine as the only dog as she loves the attention!
Luna has always slept in her owners bed – her new owner will need to understand this is all she knows and will need slow training to sleep
elsewhere or will allow her to sleep in bed with them.
