Adopt a Dog

Sandy is a beautiful 5 year old Boerboel who has been with us for nearly 3 years. She’s a large breed so please bear this in mind if you wish to apply for her, breed experience is preferred.

Sandy’s come on leaps and bounds during this time with us, growing in confidence and getting better & better with new people and different situations everyday. She’s a different dog!

Sandy can still be fearful of strangers and will react if she feels pushed, though it doesn’t take long at all to be best friends with her so don’t let this put you off! Once she’s comfortable with you she is the most dopiest, loveable dogs ever and this is then a bond that can’t be broken.

Sandy is good with other dogs out & about on walks, but will need a pet & child free home. She loves her long walks, a good roll in the grass and treats of any kind!

Ideally a calm, quiet and very experienced (with reading dogs body language and the breed too) home is needed with minimal visitors for our Sandy, with the same type of area too, so further training & socialisation can be continued.
