Sandy is a small, chunky Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross, around 6 years old, with the biggest heart and an even bigger love for people.

Sadly, we don’t know much about Sandy’s past, other than the fact her previous owner never came back for her. But since being in our care, she has shown us exactly who she is—and she is truly wonderful. Sandy adores everyone she meets, and it’s impossible not to fall in love with her right back.

She is a real people-dog who thrives on attention, affection, and companionship. Whether it’s a cuddle on the sofa or some playtime with her toys, Sandy is happiest when she’s with her humans.

Sandy’s favourite things:

• Making new human friends (everyone is her best friend!)
• Plenty of fuss and affection
• Playing with her toys
• Being close to her people

Sandy will need a pet-free home, where she can be the centre of attention. However, she could happily live with dog-savvy older children or teenagers, pending successful introductions.

She is also house trained and settles well in a crate, which will help her transition smoothly into her new home.
