Personality
Stanley is a 2 year old Dachshund who is such a loveable chap. He adores nothing more than a good walk where he can run around to a snuggle in the morning and afternoon. He has such a big personality and you’ll fall in love with him extremely quickly like his fosters did.
Health & Behaviour
Stanley would be best suited to an adult only home or with children in their teens. He adores his walks and like to go to the bark park for a good whilst he does stay close and has recall this may need to be worked on if around other dogs. He is reactive to other dogs so would need to be the only dog in the home , he is currently going to trainning classes to get him used to be around other dogs this would be great if it could continue. In the evenings after his dinner Stanley loves to play with his toys especially Owl his favourite then snuggle upto you on the sofa. He sleeps well on his doughnut all night and if he does need the toilet he’s always wakes you up.
Perfect Match?
Stanley would be suited to a home with adults and older children. He needs to be the only dog in the home but he’ll give you all the love you need. As Stanley likes his walks and will run and run someone whose quite active would be well suited. Whilst he is OK left alone for very short periods he doesn’t really like it.
